RTA denies rumours about viral 'crying man' video

The person who posted the video will be prosecuted.

The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai has issued a series of tweets clarifying rumours being circulated on social media regarding a 'crying man' clip which has gone viral.
The first tweet reads: "We wish to clarify the incident pertaining to the video being circulated on social media regarding the man crying in a Cars taxi station in Dubai.
"He does not work for the company, nor does he have any fines registered in his name.

"The man was there to ask about Dh20,000 in fines which a relative of his had accrued who works for the Cars company. 
The statement continues: "An investigation is underway to determine the reason why so many fines have accumulated on this driver.
"The person who filmed the man in this state and then posted it on social media will be found and prosecuted for their actions."
