Rejects nomination papers of Fawad Chaudhary from Jhelum

NA-67, PTI  spokesman Fawad Chaudhary's nomination papers were rejected.
The Election Tribunal has rejected the nomination papers by approving the appeal against Fadad Chaudhry, the prince of the Justice and Demrootic Party, Abbas Kazmi.
Fawad Chaudhary's nomination papers were objected to the nomination that he did not pay agricultural taxes, while his name was named Fawad Ahmad in the national identity card.
Rawalpindi's appealt tribunal has rejected nomination papers of NA-64 Rawalpindi's candidate Ghulam Abbas's nomination papers.
The petitioner filed a petition  against Ghulam Abbas's nomination papers, Qazi Umar filed a statement saying that the PTI candidate did not show assets statement   in the nomination papers.

Supreme Court to hear APS attack case on Oct 5 More than 140 people, most of them students, were martyred in the terrorist attack in Dec 2014. ISLAMABAD  After a longstanding demand of the victim’s parents to conduct a judicial inquiry into the 2014 APS massacre, the Surpeme Court of Pakistan has fixed October 5 as the date for hearing of the suo moto notice.  A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar will hear the case. Notices have also been sent to the attorney general and advocate general of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa among others.  It may be mentioned here that Chief Justice Saqib Nisar had had taken a suo motu notice of the matter in April this year when parents of some victims approached him while he was hearing other cases in Peshawar.
