Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has said that Dam is very important for the survival of Pakistan.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Pakistan in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, hearing the case of construction of Kala Bagh Dam.
At the beginning of hearing, the applicant adopted that all the provinces had agreed to the Kalabagh Dam.
The Chief Justice remarked that the problem of Colaba Dam is not so simple, on this matter, Shamsul Muul and Aitzaz Ahsan have been asked to support.
The Chief Justice has remarked that repeatedly speaking here, I am talking about the Pakistan Dam, not a black dam, will not make Pakistan Dam, what will be the situation of water after 5 years, Dam is very important for the survival of Pakistan. Brothers should agree, there is a sacrifice to make a dam.
The Chief Justice said that if the earth is barren, the farmer will become controversial, this nation needs Shams-ul-Mulk.
Shamsul Mulk said that the black garden dam would not be able to get water in most of the KP.
The Chief Justice further said that we have to work on Emergency and Combat Shrines, collect people so that people come to know, Dam will be in every situation, tell them to be in damn places, tell me the problem of the problem. Until the problem is resolved, I will not let go.
He said, Tell me the servant, tell the experts, I have to call everyone and put them in; I should at least start talking on this issue, a committee or team will have to be formed, everyone The meeting will have to be considered to sit down.
Aitzaz Ahsan said that the opposition of the Democrats should also talk about this.
The Chief Justice inquired that the Dam which is not contradictory, why not do the first focus on them? There was nothing about the construction of Dam, what did political governments do for 10 years to build a dam?
Engineer Imtiaz told the court that we will have to make dozens of dams, thermal power stations for corruption, electricity will generate electricity from Bhasha Dam, due to corruption, the dams have not been constructed, Nawaz Sharif government Put thermal station at a price of more than 3%.
Justice Saqib Nisar questioned whether Pakistan's survival is possible without water? The level of underground water in Quetta has diminished, and what measures are needed for water problem?

Supreme Court to hear APS attack case on Oct 5 More than 140 people, most of them students, were martyred in the terrorist attack in Dec 2014.
